Our History
Richard established Durance Construction in 1984 and was joined by son James in 2010, combining many years of experience with new trade techniques.
Richard and James are uniquely placed to build family homes and renovations that meet the same rigorous standards they’d apply to their own homes.
Our close “family team” of construction staff ensures a blue-ribbon build.
